Re: NL25 TT overpair
Without any reads on villain, looks like your beat and folding is in order

Re: NL25 TT overpair
do you put villain on a small set? if so, fold..if he is likely to push on a flush draw, then I'd call

Re: NL25 TT overpair
WTF? You are getting 3:1 odds with an overpair to a board that has 2 to a straight and 2 to a flush. There are so many hands that you are ahead of here that calling is an absolute must. Anyone who tells you to fold here must hate money.
Edit- you are actually getting 3.5:1. Call. Call. CALL! |

Re: NL25 TT overpair
Villian looks passive (though based on 21 hands). Is he really likely to min re-raise a draw?

Re: NL25 TT overpair
Look at the stack sizes- this is an all in. If you really think that you have less than ~25% chance of winning the hand, then fold, but not before you make a nice foil hat to prevent the government reading your thoughts. There are so many hands that he could be doing this with that you beat that its just not funny. 88, 99, A7, A6, 78, K7, 89, 45, XcXc... Realistically, you are only behind 22, 66, 77 and 67. Pulling out a STT forum quote, a fold here makes baby jesus cry.

Re: NL25 TT overpair
If you're in a quandary over calling his push, then why did you raise to $6?
You have position, you can always just call his flop bet and see how he behaves on the turn. But if you're going to raise the flop, you have to know that if villain has a hand, this is exactly what he's going to do. |
