I'm pretty sure it is, not 100% on that though.

i'm not sure "allow" is the right word

i think it's simply that their software is so bad it can hardly handle one tabling

You might as well lump Bodog onto this list...

Multi-tabling there is so horrible with their new interface that it makes it (almost) pointless to do so.
