Re: Squats = deadlifts?
I wouldnt reccomend doing them in the same routine at all. I'd squat, then do deadlifts/back three days later. I come from the power/strength mindset, so that influences my decision, but from this mindset you cannot do squat and deadlift the same day because you will be too dained after one to do the other at 100%.
Do them 3 days apart from eachother. Work legs separately, and do biceps with your back routine. -Tex |
