Default Vancouver Holiday Inn Casino on Broadway

I have two questions about this place:

1. Last time I was there, the 20-40 was very good. What Limit games generally run there? I normally play 15-30 to 30-60, but since it is in canadian dollars, I am probably looking for 20-40 to 30-60. Are these games regularly available there?

2. Is there a poker rate or casino rate for the Holiday Hotel that is adjacent? If there is, how do you get it?

Thanks in advance for any info.

I haven't been in a couple of months, but they regularly had 2 20-40 tables going last I was there, and generally 1 or 2 10-20 tables. All of the games are full kill, so it helps to up the stakes. There are generally a couple of regular donators in the games, and they're definitely worth playing.

There are only 5 tables in the poker room, and it's a pretty small casino. This is the only place in Vancouver you're going to find any limit game over 4-8.

If you play no limit, try River Rock and either the 3-6 or 5-10 blind NL games. One thing to watch for is the $1000 bet cap. Stupid BC Lottery corporation.
