Ladbrokes $175 for 500 raked

Ladbrokes have finally caught on and sown up the huge whole in their pocket [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

Having reduced the maximum number of people an account could refer to 10 and introduced the stipulation that you must play through the bonus money at least once before withdrawal last week, they've now reduced the number of referrals to 5, halved the bonus money paid out and raised the raked hands required to 1500.

The site now says:

In summary, your friend will have to –

1. Register a real money account at Ladbrokes Poker
2. Make a purchase of $100 or more
3. Play at least 1,500 raked hands * within 30 days of opening their account
4. We will then pay you both your bonuses - $50 to you and $25 to your friend!
5. You both must play out your bonus money at least once before withdrawal.

It remains to be seen whether these terms will be retroactively applied to people already signed up and in the middle of clearing the bonus. It really shouldn't be, and if it is done to yours i'd suggest you kick up a fuss to their customer support. A friend of mine was 100 hands away from clearing the bonus before they changed the terms, so i'll find out through him when he clears it.
