Default Risking too much for the dead money? ($11 on FTP)

My image to the table is loose. Tried to represent a bluff but I did it poorly. I think this may have been too aggressive for this early level and feel like I made a huge mistake. What is a better amount to raise here? 4x the pot?

4x the pot is all-in too -_^

Pushing here can't be bad, I'd probably do it with AK. Here I would pop it to 350-400 and get all-in on an undercard flop.
