Default need help with this play

excuse me for not using the hand converter, but this site don't have hand historys. this was from a wsop sat final I recently played, expectations where high, since I won the first attempt, the blinds where also high, before this hand I was on 4:th place and just 30 players to go, I was dealt KJs diamonds from the BB and I needed to make a move since the blinds where huge, everybody folded exept 2 guys, one limped from MP and the other one from the button,I raised when the turn got to me with the intention to win the pot without a fight, and the guy in MP folded, the button called, flop came Ts Qh 3h wich gave me a straight draw, I figured it was worth a decent bet, I followed trough and made a half pot size bet on the flop, the guy cold calls me, the turn was 2s I figured that card couldn't have helped he'm and I made a 75% pot bet and now the guy puts me all-in, I had 70% of my stack in that pot, but I tought long about it and I let go off the hand since I didn't have anything yet, just a open ended draw, and if I didn't made the draw I would find me out of the tournament, my odds at the all in was 3 to 1, did I make the correct play here or should I have called, I was pot comitted, but I still had some chips left if I folded like I did. I don't know what the guy had, it was either a stone bluff or he had a ten or a queen. purhaps trips deuces? or a nut flush heart draw, should I have called?

I didn't read to the end of this question...you need to give us exact stack sizes or you're just not going to be able to get any good answers to the question.
