Have you seen villain open limp on late position before?
How has he played in blind steal situations?

I ask because this is a small pot and may not be worth fighting over. Some tighter players only complete like this with strong starting cards looking to extract value.

Given his numbers I am torn between folding and raising with a plan of folding to any further aggression.

Honestly I think anything other than calling down is wrong.

Grunch

I call and I call the river, betting if I'm checked to. A raise here will likely just shut down a worse hand and bloat the pot if we are behind. I'm giving him the opportunity again to fire on the river.

Perhaps I get emotional in the blinds?

Folding is best. There are no draws out there. The pot is 3 BB to you. Villain is tight and hasn't shown much aggression. Also, you have no kicker. Easy fold.

Yikes, what worse hands does this villain check/call with and then donk the turn? Villain is pretty tight and somewhat passive. Although ninety hands isn't a good read, I think this pot is too small to call down against this villain.

Even though villan is passive, I would need a solid read on his HU play to laydown top pair just because he donks. I have seen passive players pull odd moves HU many, many times.
