99 - 6max, fishy opponent.
Alright...normally I play 100NL but one of my uber-fishy buddies was on this table, and much to my joy and elation, he was with someone even worse than him.
Converter is down so I'll make do. Party Poker NL 50 6 max UTG - $50 Hero is UTG+1 - $50 Buddy (button) - $65 SB - $75 I was at the table for button who is a 60/25 and is an overaggro donk post and preflop. SB is also loose aggro preflop, but is somewhat more passive on the flop. Hero is UTG+1 with 9 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] UTG limps, Hero limps, MP folds, Button calls, SB raises to $3, UTG folds, Hero calls $2.50, Button calls $2.50. Flop ($9)- 7 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 3 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] SB checks, hero checks, button checks Turn ($9) 5 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] SB bets $6, hero calls $6, button folds River - ($20) 7 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] SB checks, Hero bets $12, SB calls. Final pot $44 Thoughts - I checked the flop because I thought SB might be going for a checkraise with a big hand. I also thought that button would probably bet here due to his agression. If he was going for the checkraise I thought i'd get away easy. On the turn I called because his bet seemed weak. After he checked the river, I knew my hand was good, the $12 was just what I thought he'd call. I thought he had 88 on the river or something like AK. |
