Can I invite a family member that has the same address as I do? I play on UB.

Also, what bonuses are the best for microlimit?

If I invite a family member, he will get a 50% bonus(up to $50) and I will get a 100% bonus(up to $100). Will he also get the 100% first time buy in bonus (up to $600)? If not, I might as well not refer him at all so he can get $600

I'm not sure what bonus you talking about but i'm pretty sure the T&C's will say one account per household.
