Default 3/6 6-max party -- AA vs. tons of action

MP2 is a 50/17/4, CO is a maniac who just sat down, and no real other reads.

Hero is in SB with [Ac Ad]

MP2 raises, 1 fold, CO 3-bets, 1 fold, Hero caps, BB calls (3 cold!), MP2 calls, CO calls.

Flop: (16 SB)

[10d Ks 4s]

Hero bets, BB raises, MP2 calls, CO 3-bets, Hero calls, BB caps, MP2 calls, CO calls, Hero calls.

Turn (16 BB):

[2h]

Hero checks, BB checks, MP2 bets, CO calls, Hero calls, BB calls.

River (20BB):

[9h]

Hero checks, BB checks, MP2 bets, CO calls, Hero calls, BB calls.

24 BB pot.

Why didn't you cap the flop?

Why didn't you raise the turn?

Why didn't you raise the river?

MP's stats say he's a psycho, and you say CO is as well.

I probably would have put in a little more action than you did. (Not necessarily a lot more, but I would have capped the flop and gone from there.) More often than not, I suspect you'll end up losing, but I'm thinking you should have an equity edge versus 3 players (two of whom are maniacs). That is, I think you'll win over 25 percent of the time, and it would take a little heavier postflop action at this table to convince me otherwise. (And, as played, it is a really good sign when BB slows down on the turn, although of course KK, TT, and even K4o could be out there, along with draws that could go on to beat you like QJ or 6 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 5 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].)

After BB called 3 cold, I couldn't imagine he had anything other than AKs, AA-QQ, and after raising the preflop capper on the flop, I couldn't picture him with anything less than AsKs or KK.

When the CO 3-bets the flop after a bet from the PF capper, a raise, and a call, though he's crazy, I can't really put him on anything less than TT or 2 pair. So at this point I'm convinced two people have me beat, but I odds to draw to another A, so I just want to see the next two cards as cheaply as possible.

On the river, I'm just so confused at what's going on, that I just wanted to showdown.

I would probably cap the flop myself, but flat calling to see what BB does is ok too. Its also not bad to see what the turn is and then c/r the whole damn field on the turn when BB leads.

The way the turn went, though, easy peasy c/r. Charge all those draws.
