I haven't read past this yet, but wanted to note that most of us prefer the term "Asian"...

For example, the group that sued KFC recently for the trans-fat content of their food wouldn't be able to do that if a "Losers Pay" system were in place because while their suit draws interest to an important topic, it has little merit on its own.

This is a great example of why we should have a "Losers Pay" system. The court system does not exist to get your 15 minutes of fame on tv.

[/ QUOTE ]

Well, I obviously think it's a great example of why we shouldn't have a "Losers Pay" system, you know, since I used it to argue against one. I certainly don't think that the legal system exists to get your 15 minutes of fame, but I also don't think that strategic use of the courts by consumer advocates who are looking out for the good of the public should be lumped in with idiots who blame their stupidity on others.

Suing a restaraunt for the content of their food is pretty much textbook example of idiots blaming their stupidity on others. I ATE FAST FOOD EXCLUSIVELY AND I AM SICK AND FAT ZOMFG!

This isn't what the lawsuit I referenced is about at all. Please actually be smart before you start acting like a smartass.

This could potentially be a very bad beat for pedophiles the World over.

MySpace better not settle on this B.S. Knowing that these morally-decrepit folks could find monetary gain through their own stupidity makes me sick.
