Good health, fitness and weight loss sites or forums?

Hey OOT!

Thanks in large part to the great inspiration in all of the weight loss and fitness threads here on OOT, I've recently dedicated myself to weight loss and health improvement. I'm off to a great start and have dropped about 30lbs now but I need to keep my head in the game and keep learning more and reading more.

So I'm asking you for help! What sites should I be visiting?

I'm currently reading all of the articles on http://www.t-nation.com/ and check out the forums and articles at http://www.sparkpeople.com.

I also really like the Really Useful Fitness Blog, located here: http://www.fitfaq.com/blog.html

What I'd really love is a decent forum pretty much dedicated to smart weight loss. Too many forums don't compare well to 2+2 and are painful to read. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
