Default Poketstove %\'s

i know this is %'s but this is related to stt's because i always see people talking about top % and so on. my question is why KQs is in top 5% of hand and is ranked ahead of A10s and so on because they aren't in the top 5%.

search for karlson sklansky rankings. or read the newest 2+2 book, nlhe theory and practice. things are ranked "ahead" of other hands because they are better than them for the thigns they are being ranked for.
