I'd probably call this down. He's obviously a very loose player and it looks like he might have a pocket pair.

or A7, 97, Q7, two diamonds, etc. etc. etc.

also if you want to fold the turn to an inevitable bet, the flop makes no sense. he's ~always betting the turn.

Yep, don't be calling that flop raise if you're just going to fold on the turn.

It's an easy call down.
