I'd say Monti's was worse..they were both choke jobs but its not like Phil changed course from how he was playing all day(hits a bad drive..then plays super aggresive and usually saves his ass)...and he isn't the type of player to change his entire game on one hole so it wasn't a shocker he played 18 the same as 12,13,14,15,16,17. The only surprising thing is for once he wasn't able to pull of the magic shot.

Monti just flat out choked and given he's never won a major I'd rate his slightly higher than Phils.

How many fairways did he hit today like 2? and he still had a lead...thats just unreal on this course.

I don't know if we can really say these guys blew up, Ogilvy was the only one in contention that played 18 solid.

STOP MAKING THE CHOKERS LOOK HUMAN. EVERYONE LOST THIS TOURNAMENT EXCEPT OGILVIE. GG OGILVIE.

If Tiger can't win, this is clearly the 2nd best outcome.

Anyone else dying to hear Elkington's comments on this one with the Aussie Ogilvy beating Monty et al on 18?

If anyone has heard the Jim Rome interview with Johnny Miller, then they know its very apparent that Johnny doesnt think too highly of Phil as a person. Apparently most of the tour players dislike Phil also.

It doesn't seem weird to say "everyone lost this tournament"?

If I didn't know any better, I would think Ogilvy lost. He has severe Manning face.

Such an anti-climatic atmosphere around this victory speech.
