Unfortunately I do not have hand histories as I was playing on my laptop, and it is not set to keep them. I do have chat history which copied/pasted and sent to Party Support. It happened when I went all in, with a huge hand, and they discussed with eachother if they should call, and made a team decision based on eachother's hand. They then asked for eachother's MSN messanger and Hotmail IDs so they could talk outside of the table. If that's not proof enough I don't know what is.

I'm surprised that Party hasn't responded. I had a much more minor situation in a S&G last weekend (I posted it, basically I was all-in and a player who folded told the other guy to call), and Party responded within a few hours saying they had suspended the offender's chat. In this case, I would hope Party would at the least move everyone up the payout scale and take the colluders winnings, if not more. If these guys were trading IMs during a tourney, they really deserve to have their accounts seized and to be banned from Party.

Colluders are a special case of cheaters, as far as casinos/poker rooms are concerned - they're only cheating other players - not the house. Plus, they're paying rake.

So there's no incentive to stop them.

If you can openly discuss colluding in the chatbox at Party, what do you think that says about the rest of the colluders at Party?

They are not going to return your buyin, nor should they. So you're not gaining anything by trying to make that happen. They should look into it though. Try sending them an e-mail where you don't beg for money.

I'm pretty sure Stars returns money, or at least they did as of a couple of years ago.

Well, both players should be disqualified, and everyone else should move up a spot, so if he finished 1 or 2 out of the money, they should pay him.

Is Party really this bad at responding to emails? I've seen several people complain recently that Party isn't responding to their emails at all. I usually don't get real answers but I have always gotten a response to every email I've sent within a few hours.

OP,

Give them a call. You'll get much better results that way.

Party hasn't responded to my emails at all, the last few times I've emailed them. I stopped playing there.

Stars still does, also they actually investigate and give you the results of their investigation.
