"Merchandise Total: $47.90
Shipping and Handling : $19.20
Grand Total: $67.10"

Good God man, you are not a whiner, you are a sucker!

I ordered both from Amazon last week, they have shipped and I should have them in a couple of days...for almost HALF the price - $35.94

True...but seriously, sorry you had a bad time.

On Thursday, Conjelco agreed to overnight my book to me, which I received yesterday. I appreciated that.

They indicated that they "thought" they had already mailed a copy to me the previous week, so I should return it when it gets here. Wanna bet it never arrives?

Anyway, case closed.

So, did you send back the extra book when it arrived?

The extra book has never arrived. If (and that's a big if) I get it, I'll have every intention to send it back.

So, possibly it wasn't Conjelco's fault?

Easy, not likely imo.

conjelco said they 'thought' that had shipped it.

When I contacted them and asked what was going on they pretty much admitted that they had misplaced several pre-orders because they were somewhat overwhelmed.
(this was after they had to take a couple of days to 'hear back from shipping' so it seems that they don't have immediate communications with each other all the time).

I'm guessing this was another miscommunication somewhere in their ranks and it never shipped at all.

In other news, I got around to checking my credit-card statement recently and I still don't see that they have refunded my money.

I was charged $125 on 5/24 right when I placed my order for the 2 books and the Ed Miller DVD set.

After they said I was allowed to cancel my order (because they hadn't sent it) I did just that.
I sent them an e-mail on Sat, June 10.
I didn't hear back from them on that though.

I would think that a reimbursement (if there had been one) to my CC would have shown up in my online-statement by now.

So I get to e-mail them again and ask them when I can expect to get my money back (I would prefer not to have to deal with the CC company for this as conjelco has already offered to do this).
