Default Top set on scary river.....2-4 NL 6 max

I have the image of a LAG, had been raising a lot preflop
and stealing a lot on the flop...

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (6 max, 6 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

Button ($400)
SB ($745.25)
BB ($404)
Hero ($824)
MP ($237.30)
CO ($658.30)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $2.
Hero raises to $14</font>, 1 fold</font>, CO calls $14, 3 folds</font>.

Flop: ($34) 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)</font>
Hero bets $20</font>, CO calls $20.

Turn: ($74) 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)</font>
Hero bets $50</font>, CO calls $50.

River: ($174) 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)</font>
Hero checks, CO checks.

Final Pot: $174

Should I be block betting this river? If I check and he bets 1/2 - full pot, do I call? Seems like if he bets this river,
he often has me beat as any hand he would be calling the flop and turn with that I beat he wouldn't bet on the river...

What do you think?

Thanks.
