GRAPHING on PokerTracker - Need HELP!

I know PokerTracker is working on its own graphing capabilities - and I've seen a lot of threads about "poker grapher" - but it doesn't seem to be very available or supported by any core site like Tracker is.

Graphs are posted on 2+2 all the time, I assume there's a core add-on program everyone is using with Tracker. Any insight on how I can get this?
