Dont know if this has been covered before, no idea how I would search it...
Do we have a consensus as to what an odd bet means? Say a bet of 137 chips when the pot is 120... or a 317 bet into a 200 pot... just random numbers generated by the slider... does this mean anything? my thoughts are maybe a newer player who doesn't know it can be typed, or maybe doesn't understand correct betting amounts? maybe new to no limit? or does it just mean a multi-tabler who can't type fast? or does it mean nothing. thoughts? *obviously this would only apply to party. |

all that I can think of is that it makes it more likely that they are using a mouse ..sliding that thing with a laptop pad is pretty tough IMO
I doubt the "using a mouse" read has much value though |

I dont think odd betting amounts mean too much
I think if you start to read too much into a 137 bet thinking that he should have bet 120 it will play with your head...it could be just a multitabler not being able to use a mouse quick enough and freaking out when the action is on him. |

It shows the villain is lazy when making bets, and probably lazy when it comes to learning the game, and probably a donkey.
However you shouldn't look into it very deep at all, just mentally round the number and play accordingly. |

What about the classic 149 bet so the chips stack up to look like more than the actual amount...

its just the slider that party uses. It doesnt slide in increments anymore. So it ends on some odd number like 137. Dont even bother trying to look into it.
