Default (33s) 99 on button punishing limpers

Limpers hadnt done anything out of the ordinary. Were not regulars. Is this move ok?
PartyPoker $33 Speed Tournament, Big Blind is t200 (8 handed) Converter on pregopoker.com

UTG (t1956)
UTG+1 (t1513)
MP1 (t5755)
MP2 (t3762)
CO (t2173)
Hero (t1830)
SB (t1485)
BB (t1526)

Preflop: Hero is in Button with 9 9
UTG folds, UTG+1 calls t200, MP1 calls t200, MP2 folds, CO folds, Hero raises to t1830 (All-in), SB folds, BB folds, UTG+1 folds, MP1 calls t1630

Standard, NH. Its a 33 speed there are 500 chips in the middle, you have 9BBs, the table is 8 handed and nobody has shown any strength. If one of the limpers was getting "creative" with QQ+ make a note of them and fire up another game. Any play but a push here is a big leak, IMO
