Aside from the WSOP and Mississippi this Monday, are there any Stud 8 Tournaments?

PS is you best bet for tourneys...i dont think there is much that goes live.

I took a quick peek through the back of this month's CardPlayer magazine, they list only one weekly Stud H/L tournament, a $30 at the Bicyle Casino, Bell Gardens, CA.

I thought pokerpages lets you search by game in the tournament section... anyway, the LA Poker Classic has a Stud Hi/Lo event Jan 29th. I wouldn't be surprised if there are a few others if you look:
