Default Flopped nut straight. How much to bet.

I was playing live 10 handed 1/2 NL the other night with some pretty decent players. I had a few easy marks picked out that I was gunning for and one player I wanted to avoid at all costs. Everyone else was average. Everyone was fairly shortstacked except myself and villian.

Hero $350
Villian $600
villian is the guy I'm trying to avoid at all costs. He is very solid and makes a lot of money playing poker. Villian is SB

Preflop:
I get KsJc UTG and limp
4 limp
villian completes SB
BB checks

Flop: (pot = $14)
9d10sQd

Villian bets $15
BB folds
Hero raises to..... ?

I want to know how much you would bet here and why? I know I have the nuts now but villian is betting out from the SB! He must have a hand and there are so many cards that I don't want to see on the turn. Also, if I bet too small I'll give him great implied odds to draw to a flush.

raise to 45 or 50 or so seems good. if the villian is at all aggressive, this is a flop where you're getting 3bet here a good percentage of the time, so it doesn't matter too much how much you raise.

this hand is retarded and it's 1/2, that means it shouldn't be here

only difficult 1/2 hand posts usually survive here

I said 45 or 50 is good, then that is exactly what blip said. Good to see.

Nice flop, but dont play KJo UTG. KJ is a perfect second best hand.
Its on Villain what you do here, if he is aggro i would just call and raise the turn. But raise here is ok too I think... maybe better.

make it 50 or so. this hand isn't interesting unless the turn changes things. i'd only raise something smaller if it was a fish you wanted to play a big pot against even if a bad turn card came. with the guy you described, keep it straightforward and be happy if he folds.

not against the guy you described. plus, he is likely to have a big hand since he potted it from the SB into the field, so more than likely you're going to get action if you raise anyway.
