Villan was raising with 6% of hands, i shouldnt have folded. i should have pushed here right?

If he really is as tight as you say I fold. How many hands is that over? Maybe he has just been card dead. Tight players will still try to steal in LP.

thats what i thought at the time that i was beat but was getting desperate. This could be a CO blind steal but i have no Fold equity so i have to be right in this situation. So this is a fold? if villan had a 10%+ i prob would have pushed

I am probably the one giveing the best advice here but IMO he has to really really loose for your call/ push to be correct.

In situations like this, and I also find myself doing it, CO has enough of a hand that he wants to steal the blinds cheap, and/or is willing to get engaged with the short stack, but doesn't want to tangle with the big-stack button, so he min-raises. If the button calls, he can still get away from the hand. If the button and BB fold, and the short stack pushes, he'll call. Are you willing to do that with KJ?
