Maybe EM can weigh in here with the heavy legal knowledge, but I'd imagine proving the prosecutor acted in some way unprofessional, unethical, whatever, would be extremely difficulty.

Why shouldn't I be upset about this? It's not like I'm out protesting in the streets, but I think that Nifong has tried to use the reputation of Duke as an elitist, old boys' club for his own personal gain. He should be publicly disciplined for it.

In theory yes, but I think a lot of the people who would automatically think the jocks are guilty, marring Dukes image, are the college-aged liberal-types they are trying to recuruit, plus its just bad plublicity.
