As Siegmund said above, this isn't really a close choice. AA vs. 8 players is ideal and you'll win lots and lots with it even though you'll lose more than half the time. With AK heads up your win % will be very high, but you won't win as many BB/hand.
If this is a question about tournament scenarios with varying stack sizes then there could be some exceptions.
