What's the question here? Whatever the question, the answers are the following:

A) Fold PF, else
B) C-F flop, else
C) C-F turn

Preflop is the worst. Why in heaven's name are you putting in 1/6th of your stack with a garbage hand OOP? Especially when you're 3rd in chips?

I think if I were gonna play this hand I would open raise. Limping or folding pf seems ok to but once you limp I would def. fold to his raise pf. On the flop I would fold and on the turn I dont know but that seems like some pretty bad fps at a $16.

Raise or limp fold preflop. Check fold flop. If you want to bluff the turn make a bigger bet. Floating OOP is rarely a good play.

No, you shouldn't have even called preflop after limping.

PF is a big leak. Raise or limp/fold.

The flop is also a big leak. You cannot c/c here. You're gonna be OOP on the turn. In position its not as bad, but its still bad. You need to either c/f or check/push this flop.

The turn sucks. The A is likely the best card for him if he missed this flop (which is what you're hoping since you called the flop with the plan to take the pot away.) Definitely check/fold this turn. He's not folding anything but complete air here. Im sure even KK/QQ comes along for the ride.

River is played beautifully.

I would raise PF but never limp-call with this holding.
