was about to open an account there when I read this ...

The cumulative withdrawal limit on a non-verified account is $200. Once total withdrawals for your account exceed $200, you will also be subject to ID verification. Once completed for your specific deposit method, you will, once again, be able to withdrawal as normal. </font>

Are they enforcing this - utility bill drivers license credit card etc. even if you are depositing with Neteller?

Same here, was going to deposit today til I read that. Seems pretty clear any withdrawl over $200 requires it.

my roomie cashed out 300 or so recently to buy a paintball gun.
never had to provide ID or anything.

as long as you use neteller you dont have to worry about it
