besides maybe misplaying, did I miss a value bet on river

My thinking on flop was i didn't want to get raised on flop by any draw, as I'd have no clue where i stood, so I would checkraise or call depending on where the bet came from, and play a safe turn card aggressively.

When I wasn't raised on the turn, i figured I had the best hand. Should i have bet river? In the game I no longer mention, value betting was my bag, not sure here. The table was fairly passive.

Flop check is very standard. Turn bet OK. River bet would be somewhat thin, but I just want to get to showdown, and might c/c on the end there as well.
