We are currently fine-tuning an instruction manual for custom theme creation. It's a fairly involved process though, and I anticipate that obtaining custom themes from 3rd party providers such as artpoker.net will prove to be more popular than generating a theme from scratch. With that said though, as I mentioned a guide is being developed.

Cheers,
Mike

Yeah, I'm not into staring at photoshop for hours, but there are some really creative people in the various communities who are (waffle, phattyliver, as well as many others). The guide I have in mind would be more for them than myself

thanks.

I use the no images theme with standard deck and a custom background.

When I first start the program, my black custom background is white for some reason. If I uncheck 'enable custom background' and apply, which takes it back to the standard no images theme, and then go back and check 'enable custom background' and apply, it works perfect. But I have to do this every time I start the program.

Other than that, perfect.

We have tested it extensively for hours-long sessions on private lab computers, and on TestPokerStars.com. With active 9 tables open, it hovers indefinitely around 21 MB of RAM used.

[/ QUOTE ]

You also have to watch that the number of handles doesn't continually increase (this is Party's main problem, not RAM)

[/ QUOTE ]

It hovers at 125 handles with nine tables open, indefinitely.

Doesn't Hyper-Simple Theme look identical to waffle cards?

[/ QUOTE ]

PokerStars contacted me a while back and the Hyper-Simple theme is based off of my mod. It's changed up a bit and more friendly for resizeable tables. I like the black card backs, cool touch

hey now, lets not forget it was moi who was responsible for getting your mod put in stars.

Is this a pure cosmetic thing, or has changes been made to the networking implementation? I've had multiple disconnects each time I've tried Stars which is a dealbreaker for me at the moment.
