Default Golden Palace Streakiest Software?

I must say this seems to be the streakiest software I've ever played. Last time I did GP I flatbet $5 and $6 and lost the $400. This time I did something Vegas Casino which uses the same software and lost the $225 flatbetting $4.

Anyone else have the same results? I'm not saying you can't win, but it seems extremely streaky. Is there a way for a casino to not rig the game EV wise over the long run, but somehow make the software streaky and be deemed fair?

No. There is no way to do that. Blackjack is inherently a "streaky" game.

A bit off topic, is the golden palace bonus cashable?
