IMO everyone pays off the lead3bet line on the river, even with the flush card hitting.

The flop is fairly low and non-threatening, while drawy, so it's very likely that he's going to want to showdown in the face of our aggression. So since it's pretty unlikely we'll get him off a better hand, but we have a decent showdown hand ourselves, and we want to preserve our turn CR when we hit an out, just checking and calling down is the solid option.
