Should a kneecap be able to do this?
If you extend your leg straight (but relaxed) and put your hand on your knee cap should you be able to wiggle it around? I recently dislocated my knee cap, it's healing now, but both my kneecaps, even the unijured one, are wiggle-able when the leg is extended and relaxed. Just wanted to see how normal or abnormal that was.

Its when its stiff or hurts when you do "wiggle it" that its a problem, recent knee surgey has taught me this.
PS it sucked |

Standard. This is a crappy spin-off thread from yesterday's thread.
