Default Re: Do you own a non-iPod mp3 player and like it?

I've had my iAudioX5
for quite a while now and am extremely happy with it. I have compared the same exact music files on both the iAudio and the iPod and the iAudio is superior in terms of sound quality. I agree with another poster that if you are interested in video, I would go with another player. The iAudio X5 video screen is smaller than other players and it has no video out.

I have used the voice recorder quite a bit and the line-in to record live music. The recording quality for live music is extremely good if you buy an external microphone and a preamp (I got both for about $100).

Mine is a 30GB, but there is also a 60GB. I have had no problems with it at all. It is really easy to share music, it's click and drag.

There may be better players on the market now, but the iAudio X5 has been golden for me for about a year now.

I've got a dell pocket DJ (something like that). No problems.
