Also, on a related note, when should I tell her that I've been to jail? Never? If things get serious? 12th date?

The only time I buy flowers in on valentine's day... is that not enough?

I guess I kind of feel flowers on a second date may be too soon. But that's just me.

Ask yourself this question:
Will she be bothered by that information?

When you know the answer will be "no", tell her.

Only problem is, what does she do with the flowers while we're on the date? Won't they wilt or something? Does she put them in her purse?

[/ QUOTE ]
Seems to me you know nothing about dating women, giving flowers, knowing how to give gifts with out looking desperate.

Go buy a dozen colored condoms of different sizes. Add sometype of stem and leafs to the the stem and make a nice arrangement. Present it to her when you pick her up at her place for date 2. If she laughs and puts it where it can be seen make it a early night because you are being invited in. If she puts a few in her purse you are going to end up at your place. If she gets mad take her out and if her attitude doesnt change ditch her.

Also I gave her a book w/ two 4 leaf clovers in it on the first date. Does this effect the flowers decision?
