what is a good win rate for NLH and LH.

$5/hr is pretty good, before bonii. $5/hr after bonii isn't bad either, but leaves you plenty of things to still learn.

I won't trouble you with BB/100 numbers, since you lack understanding of anything to do with limits, B&M or online, or any other details that might lead to an actual answer.
