Default VC Casino...playable in US???

I know some people have said it is, but I just got this email:

Dear Adam,

Thank you for your recent enquiry.

Unfortunately customers from the United States are unable to open a Casino Account with ourselves at present, due to current gambling Laws in the USA. I have closed your account at this time. I'm sorry for any inconvenience in this matter and thank you for choosing VC Casino.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any further queries regarding this matter.

Kind regards,

Well, I'm US and just finished clearing the bonus last night and put in my request to have it released. I'm not sure what to say, here are emails I have received from VC Casino on quesitons such as this.

First in response to a simple "do you take US players?" quesiton.

Dear XXXX,

Thank you for your recent email.

I am grad to inform you that we do accept US players at our casino.

I hope this resolves your query.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further queries regarding this matter.

Kind regards

So I tried to sign up, saw there was no US listed on countries and fired off a "are you sure?" email. Here's the next reply I got:

Dear XXXX,

Thank you for your recent e-mail.

In regards to your query, If you select any country we can then change this once you have opened your account, just send me your account number and I will adjust your account for you.

If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to contact us again.

Kind regards

So I just chose the UK when signing up (had no problems signing up). I then emailed asking if I could get changed to the US and whether or not this affected my bonus eligibility. Here's what I got back.

Dear XXXX

Thank you for your email regarding your account

I have changed the account to US for you and this will not affect your bonus

If you have any further enquiries please dont hesitate to contact us

So I've been playing there over the last few days. I do notice that all of our emails seem to come from different departments. I will have this thing done in the next few days assuming the emails I have received are accurate so I will let you know what I get (bonus, initial deposit, etc).

I'll give the support@pokersupport.com email addy a try. Probably won't do any good, but its worth a shot for a near 500 bonus.

Wanted to update you guys on my progress.

I cleared this bonus Thursday night and filled out and submitted my bonus claim form. Bonus hit my account when I logged back in Friday night. Wagered another 1k and then cashed out Saturday for my full. Today money hit Neteller, deposited $200, received a $468 bonus, cashed out $765.

Maybe I slipped through the cracks, not sure. But I am most definitely a US player and I did not try to fool them into thinking I was anything other than that. Good luck to anyone else that tries. I'd tread lightly even with my success story here.

Hey, thanks for the Info. I was wondering what happened with your Cashout. Glad to see it went as planned. I do have a question for you. Is there a way to track how much you have wagered? Thanks

If I read the T&C right, you have to wager the bonus once it's received one time before cashing it out (meaning I had an additional WR of 468). I wagered 500 and was running hot at 3 handed blackjack so I kept on gambling for a while until I quit. Total WR for this by my calculations is $9360 (20xB) then you request and receive your bonus then another 468 before you can cash it out. I did 9500 before submitting since I wasn't sure exactly how much I was playing for given conversion rates.

I did not find a place to track how much I had wagered. I used the BJ Wager calculator Iggy posted a couple weeks ago.
