Default cb with flush draw on the flop gets check raised

Sorry if this seems too simplistic, but im really trying to work on my game. So be patient

Villain in this hand is 46/9.7/2.5 over 41 hands.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

CO ($68.80)
Hero ($53.75)
SB ($124.85)
BB ($34.44)
UTG ($48)
UTG+1 ($50)
MP1 ($98.65)
MP2 ($49.50)
MP3 ($46)

Preflop: Hero is Button with J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $0.25.
<font color="#666666">6 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $2</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, BB calls $1.50.

Flop: ($4.25) A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
BB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $3</font>, <font color="#CC3333">BB raises to $10</font>, Hero?

Final Pot: $17.25

Villain is somewhat shortstacked, and since he checkraises me that much, i guess he would be playing for his stack most of the time. Should i call here? I dont quite think theres any fold equity for a reraise, unless he is on a complete bluff, which would be a strange move on A high flop.

Then again, if i call and do not hit, i pretty much have to fold on the turn to any aggression.

Any comments would be appreciated
