WPEX trouble with emailed hand histories

I have been requesting hand histories from WPEX but they are not coming in very regularily. For the last 400 hands they have only sent one 100 hand email bunch, and more requests either send the same bunch or nothing at all. Everytime I make a request I just ask for 100 hands at a time.

Does anyone know how these requests work? Do they just send the last 100 hands you have not recieved yet? Or if you miss a few they just send you the last 100 played, therefore you will have missing hands that you will never recieve?

I have searched this and other forums but could not find anything relating to my questions. I also sent an email off to support 2 days ago, but they have yet to reply.

These requests work like this: when you make the request, when it goes through they send you the last 100 hands you played. However, recently due to them fixing their hand histories (see my other thread in this forum on this), not all the hand histories requested have been sent. Unfortunately you cant get hands from before 100 hands ago. At least not yet.

If you want a real response, I'd suggest calling them.

I'm missing a ton of HH's because of this.

They just keep sending the same ones. Or from the same table, etc etc.

yesterday i didnt get hand histories for certain tables, while others were working fine. i didn t get hh on $50 NLHE Jack and back, 5/10 HE Laddie, 3/6 HE Spit in the ocean but there were more.

It looks like they fixed all their hand history problems now, as all hand histories im requesting im getting. I think it was only a temporary bug while they tried to fix the bug of the hand history revealing people's hands it shouldnt

Cross-posted in Software forum. I can't confirm whether the bugs been fixed. I emailed support regarding the problem, and this was their response:

We have had a look into the matter and it seems when you are playing at more than one table and you request a hand history
it only sends the history for one table and not the other. We contacted our technicians regarding this and we await their
reply. If you would like us to contact you when we receive a reply please let us know.
