Dear everyone and not just temp hutter,

Before you waste up to half of this board's time, when you make a post like this may I make a suggestion that you clearly classify something as an investment versus a speculative trade? The P/S on this thing is about 16x. (Granted, "in the last two days" is a dead give-away. But still.)

Also, while it may be magnanimous of you to withhold your reasoning for liking this trade (and thereby not biasing anybody with your thought process), it's also Yahoo-message-board-y of you to make a statement like you did without backing it up with a brief outline of your thought process.

This is not a discussion of a poker hand where the outcome is known and you don't want to "give away the hand" to us readers. This is a "live hand" that we're all trying to play together. You've given us our hole cards and told us to bet big. Now tell us why. What type of flop would cause you to fold? etc. etc.

I think Evan made a rant/post like this a couple of months ago. I couldn't find it.

Sorry for my brevity. The story on this stock is quite long and I have owned it for many years. I am just now getting paid off in a big way. Here is a link to a recent analyst report that does a decent job of summarizing some of the high points of the company.

That does sound really good. One thing I would be concerned about is the new SED technology. Here's a review from CES by IGN: http://gear.ign.com/articles/679/679235p1.html

SED seems to have the same improved picture and cheaper manufacture that iFire does. Its advantage is that it's being developed by Toshiba, which has the capital to bring it to market more quickly than WEDX. WEDX is kind of waiting on the sidelines looking for a joint venture. If they do announce a JV, the stock will definitely get a boost. Having read the SED review, though, I'm not sure this stock has the awesome fundamental value that it would have if it were the only one developing an LCD/plasma alternative.

Also, this is a very thinly traded stock. As far as I can tell, the recent 25% bump was due almost entirely to the release of the report you linked to. I'd look for it to sink back down in a month or so, barring any news.

Thanks for editing the topic and the post whoever you are. If this post was innapropriate for this particular forum then I appologize. Please just delete the post altogether. Let me just say that I am not an unknown troll and I do not hide my identity. As my original title implied, I like 2+2 people and I figured I would throw out a name of a stock that no one has heard of that has done very well for me as a long term investor. Do some homework and see if you may like it as well. Or don't - I really don't care at this point.

I think this was definitely an appropriate post. It's definitely not like the CYOB (?) pump post a couple weeks ago. It would have been much better if you had linked to the report in your original post and given a little more reason why we should look into it.

If I hadn't read about SED, I'd be looking for an entry point for this one.
