Raise and reraise as much as you can with KK. You want to make it as expensive as possible for anyone who's drawing.

I think the turn raise is fine. Your opponent likely picked up a draw. That or you're dead, but I find it far more likely he's on a draw or weaker pair. Even if he has 2 pair you have 8 outs to beat him.
