Can Casino whoring prevent you from getting Rakeback?

Lets say you were an accomplished poker player (i know, but lets just run with it), and you have only played at Party, Empire, Paradise, and probably a couple others.

If you sign up to casino whore: BoDog, Bet365, WillHill, etc. or any other site that has Poker, will you lose your ability to get Rakeback on Poker at that site?
