Default Wisconsin Poker Law

I have been trying to research my state law's about gambling, I am unsure of which direction to go. Does anyone have any good tips on where to look for this? I am curious on penalties and such.

Sorry I don't have any help for you, but have you heard anything about ho-chunk getting poker back anytime soon? I heard they agreed to pay the state the amount that was in dispute but haven't heard anything about a new gaming compact or poker returning.
