bonus whoring and credit reports - ECash Direct

I noticed this in the T&Cs when opening an account linked to ECash Direct (see below). Has anyone here ever seen this appear on their credit report or been adversely affected by numerous ECash Direct inquiries related to bonus whoring?

That sounds like a normal check up on credit history I used to work with that stuff in Sweden and basically you buy a credit check on a person or company and you only do it once because you own that information. There is really no reason for ECash to check your credit history considering they dont lend you money for gambling, it sounds like they are reserving the right to do so....
By the way if they were to run a credit check on me in sweden I would be notified buy the company that performs the service and I havn't heard nothing and I signed up on five crypto skins.

Thanks - that makes sense. I was wondering why "credit" had anything to do with this or why it would be worth it for them to do a credit check on someone who was opening an account with $100.

Assuming your an American, how would they run a credit check without your Social Security Number?
