Default Help me pick out a component rack for my living room

Well, I just got a new apartment with a large living room (30x22), and so I finally get to complete my dreams of owning a nice home theater system. I have about 7 things to put on a rack (some of these are stackable, so I need 4-5 shelves, 6 is a plus). Everything is black, my speakers, all of my components, my TV, etc. So I'd like something that is black, with stainless/chrome accenting acceptable. I'd like to stay away from silver if possible.

My price range is $300, $350 max. I'd preferably like to be in the $199 club, but realize if I want the 5th and 6th racks I'm probably going to have to spend a bit more.

The things going on the rack are or will be in the future: Home theater pc, receiver, cable box, 1-2 game systems (playstation/xbox), 2 amplifiers, 1-2 EQs, power conditioner of some sort (most likely a UPS).

I'm thinking HTPC on it's own shelf, Receiver on it's own shelf. Cablebox/game systems on a shelf. Amps/EQs on 1-2 shelves, and then possibly the power conditioner or ups on the bottom shelf. In that order. Having an extra shelf to throw a "real" DVD player (htpc will be main dvd unit) would be handy

Comments appreciated.

5-shelf plateau (costs less than 6-shelf obviously)
