The same happened here, however, I had this bonus for 4 months max.

Couple of folks on bonus whores posted a reply from Stars that says its a glitch and they're working on it.

I haven't had mine stacked for a year and they appear to be gone too. I don't know if they're actually gone, but I don't have a button that says check bonus status anymore.

We are aware of the issue, and our software team anticipates having it resolved hopefully before tomorrow. Please understand that your actual deposit bonus has been unaffected. Any FPPs you have accumulated, and will accumulate, continue to go towards your pending bonus. You have accumulated 64 of the necessary 600 FPPs for your latest bonus. Your bonus will be released as normal should you accumulate the necessary FPPs during this period - you just will not have the option to check the status temporarily. We apologize for any inconvenience, and thank you for playing at PokerStars. Have a great day!
