Default I heart QQ utg

5-10 game, full ring. Villian is button, and has been pretty tight so far. Nothing exceptional. My image has been tight, not having played many hands.

I have $1234, villian covers.

Preflop: I raise to $40 with QQ. Villain calls, SB completes, BB folds.

Flop: 622 rainbow.

SB checks, I bet $70, Villian min-raises to $140, SB folds, I reraise to $340, Villain reraises to $547.

Obviously it's a fold or push situation, since if I call I'll only have $600 or so behind.

Thoughts? Would most of you lead out for full pot ($130) and if so, how would you have responded to a min-raise?

stop 3 betting a flop like this, just hang yourself on the turn.
