Party "sunday 1 mil guaranteed"

I'm a mid-high stakes NL player (5/10 NL as my main) and would like to ask some questions about this tournament as I play most of my tournaments on stars.
Now money isn't a major issue as I play on a 40 buyin minimum roll but I noticed $33 rebuy tournaments to satellite into the main tournament. Surely with the rebuy and addon and with some decent play an entry into the 215 cost main event is almost guaranteed? Has anyone had any experience in these satellites and would they be well worth playing alongside some cash games?

My main question was about the structure of this tournament - is it 3000 chips and 15 minute rounds like the other 100+ tournaments i've played or is it 5k chips and 20 min rounds? (like the other million guaranteed tournaments?) or 3k with 20 min rounds?

I guess its a pretty soft tournament right?
