Concerned about inability to cash out of PP
Attempted to cash out tonight from Party and I was prompted with "This Neteller account already belongs to someone else". I'm concerned that a simple call to Party may have unintended consequences since I closed my old account and reopened a new one not long after for certain extraneous reasons. I'm afraid Party may say "This Neteller account used to belong to <old user> but you are trying to cash out of <new user> account. Oh and we see this <new user> account has a tracker associated with it. That's against our terms and conditions so we're seizing the funds."
An unlikely scenario but I have a 10/20 NL bankroll and it would be not so fun to lose it. So before I shoot myself in the foot I want to check if anyone has experienced this and how it was resolved. Note that I have cashed out to Neteller 4-5 times since my account change. Thanks in advance. |

Re: Concerned about inability to cash out of PP
I am in the same situation; re old account and new account. Haven't played for awhile, now am reluctant to make a deposit to Party (via firepay) since I may not be able to cashout to neteller (because of what you say in your post).
How was your situation resolved? Thanks. |

Re: Concerned about inability to cash out of PP
why not use IGM pay for this account? You can always open a new bank account to make sure its not already on record with IGM pay.

Re: Concerned about inability to cash out of PP
I sent party an email explaining that I wanted to use my neteller account for deposits as well as withdrawals on my "new" party account, and they made the appropriate adjustment for me, no questions asked!
